"They (leftists) get a rush of dopamine pretending to be altruistic and nice to criminals, and the criminals repay them by doing more crime." Excellent sentence and worth remembering that this for them is not about helping criminals but making themselves feel better.

I am sorry to say Sweden is not the only country that is having a moral meltdown. Western Civilization is going through a crisis, and the weaknesses in the social structure, economic systems, political systems, and moral foundation of the West is collapsing. We can only hope that those of us with sound internal morality will rebuild from the ruins a better world.

I agree that

"Decades of Socialist policies seem to have completely melted the brains of some people in AROUND THE WORLD!!!!. This is what leftism does to US".

It’s so tricky to understand the link between the increase in violent crime in Sweden and the entirely unconnected coincidental increase in immigration of men from parts of the world where women and people of a non-Islamic faith are not respected. If only we could find a cause. I’m surprised that the media isn’t more interested in writing about it. It’s a mystery isn’t it.

Don’t discount the WEF Great Reset project as responsible for injecting chaos and instability in western countries as a way to destabilize them so they are easier to transform to the new world order. If your nation is not safe, and you fear for your life, you will be open to alternatives of governance including eventual support for more authoritarian regimes. COVID proved this theory.

Although there is also a reaction of nationalism and to purge immigrants and to strengthen criminal law enforcement… the unfortunate reality is that fear and leftist political power dominate. The international corporatists own the media and big tech and inject the fear while giving more political support to the left. Turn off that spigot and maybe there is hope.

💔

makes my heart heavy to read this.

sadly it is the same situation in Germany, where we have lived for a 2years now.

I will never understand how people, that seek asylum, are allowed to remain in Germany, after they have shown behavior dangerous to the citizens of Germany, had run ins with the law.

reasoning being, that they face hardship when deported in their own country.

what an oxymoron.

what a bizarre world, where you assault the hand that protects and feeds you...

As you so brilliantly illustrate what is happening to we the people of Sweden and planet Earth is horrorific and reprehensible. Trust some fine day we can all tell the story of how they tried to reduce the population using such tactics and more. We are under assault, under siege. Trusting they will have a difficult time killing us all - but they are trying.

We are witnessing the consequences of decades of intentional forced migration done by the Soros backed organizations in collusion with leftist/marxist governments that allow it, and welcome it, because it furthers their agenda and goal of destroying individual cultures, individual identity, and national sovereignty. In their mind leading to THEIR idea of a world government totally controlled by THEM.

We live in a world where you must be very careful and calculating about where you go and what you do... You are on your own now. There is no public safety or public health. It's all captured and broken. The mental patients are on the streets, there are no asylums. Go into protective mode now people...choose where you go wisely and arm yourself as often as possible.

Allegedly. Human intelligence evolved less as a tool for pursuing the truth than a tool for pursuing personal well-being, social status, greed, and sex, which the brain has come to excel at. while unintelligent people are more easily misled by other people, intelligent people and “politicians” are more easily misled by themselves. They’re better at convincing themselves of things they want to believe rather than things that are true. I have great faith and trust in Popular Sovereignty, “the people”.

"Mental problems"

It's the standard excuse you hear here (Germany), too, for those types of repeated perpetrators... and they do get probation again and again - like just a few months ago someone who raped an 11-y/o. Although you'd think that probation is for going to prison if someone screws up yet again - not for those types.

It almost looks like the judiciary engages in _racial profiling_ to determine how deserving of punishment they are.

Meanwhile, Michael Ballweg, founder of the anti-covid measures movement "Querdenker" (lit. lateral or unconventioinal thinkers), is still (AFAIK) held in prison without proper charges, like in a banana republic.

If you post the German flag with an added banana somewhere, though, you can face prison time.

It's somehow as if they want a part of the population that's not deep asleep to become very angry.

Markker - I have for a long time thought that Coudenhove-Kalergi thinking is prescient. When you consider that Praktischer Idealismus was written nearly 100 years ago the parallels with today’s reality are difficult to ignore.

Perhaps we just need to update our references to a more contemporary set of globalist elites intent on destruction of the nation state. You don’t need to make any significant changes to the ideology or methodology to make the theory fit.

Thanks, Roy. The War on the West, by Douglas Murray talks about this concerted effort to bring down the west. The various contributions of the WEF and China seem pretty strong candidates for blowing up West-stream, but I think we in the West do a pretty good job of getting hoist by our own petards. I would guess Aurelius, whom I've read only a little of, would venture he would hold that the seeds of empire's dissolution are latent within empire project itself.
