Great to hear from you Peter! Hope you keep getting better and better!!! More proof that the Bible is 100% true. The older I get the more I love the Bible.

The irony of this situation...the courts and science and government and and and...all rest on biblical presuppositions. None of them make sense in a worldview of atheism and chaos and evolution and Marxism. The ground is shifting sand.

Atheism is a religion.

Yes...exactly. Well said. There is no neutrality. Humans are religious by definition.

I have read the bible and it makes room for evolution. Living things become more adapted to this changing planet to live on including us. This does not exclude the creator. Remember we are as much apart of this planet and dependent on it as we are stewards. There needs to be a balance.

We agree:) I just don’t know if we have mutual agreement on what ‘evolution’ actually means? Molecules to man type evolution. Nope. I Can’t go there.

That's fine to disagree. I usually see things different from others. I see gods creation of complex systems like the human body is a complex system to work with the earth and everything on it. Time in gods eyes is probably very different than time to us. I take the whole scope of creation not just the planet and us, but the entire universe. Everything created for a purpose. Our brains are designed to acknowledge creation and build upon it. Without which we would not have medicine or even the ability to talk to each other like this through fiber optics from thousands of miles away. I promise there is more good out there to preserve than bad. Molecules are a part of us, what we eat, what we breathe, what we think with. I don't see it far off that god would create everything to work together down to molecules and atoms. Again, what took him "7 days" could very well have been millions or billions of years to us. I see a place for both.

I’m so sorry for your injury Peter. My nephew had the same injury and he was in so much pain. He eventually had surgery and a very painful recovery. I hope you have a strong support system of family and friends to help you get through this. And thanks for taking the time to post about this very important news item. I had not heard about it until now.

to help in destroying the West you must remove the bible, the bible and Christian values are interwoven into the Western culture from the roots upwards and they want to replace this with their idea of a digital heaven which really is a communist digital hell, reading the bible one gains knowledge, wisdom, compassion, all the glory will be to God

Time to get a sidekick Peter or a wife. Someone to look after you and help you when these things happen. As for freedoms being trampled, we are seeing this in every Western country even the USA. The rest of the world seems to hate freedom of the individual like they have no idea what it is to be just themselves. But for a Scandinavian country to spearhead the movement, use microchips, devolve back into socialism, how would I explain this to my Great Grandparents if they wete alive?

They would ask why people aren't together protesting this. Why are people just accepting and letting it happen? Why are people being lazy? I find myself asking these questions as I try to comfort my children. It looks like a slow bad movie you can't turn off. Religion and Spirituality have lived separate yet peacefully side by side. I wouldn't say we naturally fall to religion but humans are inclined to the spiritual and the hereafter. I never thought I'd see the day when Poland was considered more sane and revolutionary than Finland.

I understood she was not facing jail but fines, if convicted. The prosecutors claims were absurd, not based on what she actually wrote and said, but on possible interpretation of how somebody might understand her words. So a really absurd case.

The whole world is currently experiencing what happens when creeping authoritarianism suddenly becomes noticeable. We have lost more and more freedom over the last few decades and we ignored the losses because it didnt affect us. Now however it is starting to affect us.

I wrote about whether ‘totalitarianism is inevitable’ and I believe that we are about to find out.

I fear the day is not all that far off that the Bible will be officially a forbidden book in the public square in even Western countries. The real question is what will replace it and when. I think the answer may be staring us in the face. The woke crowd today is certainly following a religion of its own making: rigid, intolerant, legalistic, unforgiving, and full of hatred for anything that dares to differ with it--a sad, twisted, destructive, parody of the Book they take pleasure in calling hateful. I frankly did not expect to live to see it happen, but it now looks very close indeed to becoming a reality.

(On a personal note, as someone who deals from time to time with some pretty back acute back pain, I offer you my heart-felt wishes for a good, uncomplicated, and increasingly rapid recovery.)

It's probably just a question of time before the Bible is considered hate speech in a Western country. Remember, Communism has always been against Christianity. Just look at how the Soviets treated Christians (I wrote a seperate article on that topic).

And thank you for you support :)

Yes, quite true. Communism has been particularly hostile toward Christianity, but it is also generally anti-religion. And what we're seeing today appears to be cut from the same totalitarian mindset, so as each indoctrinated generation replaces another older one the closer they get to realizing the goal of eliminating all open expressions of faith.
