I pay a lot of money for data over here, so I would feel more comfortable watching the podcasts or mp3's offline.
I can try to contact Rumbler to ask them how to download the podcasts, as for example, a one-hour long conversation will use a lot of data if I have to watch it online.
Or I can watch after midnight as I have a lot of "midnight surfer" data, but there is load shedding at night often at that time.

What an excellent discussion. I found myself nodding enthusiastically again and again. We need more and more discussion on the practicalities of what we ought to be doing. It’s still something we almost don’t want to ‘say out loud’, but we ought to try, at least, to do what we can to be prepared. I’m not optimistic about the near future, if I’m honest, and we must do what we can for body, mind, and soul to prepare. This was so good, Peter 👍🏼

I fainted in a queue in September last year after my 4th and last Covid booster.
I take Vit. D tablets, but no more Covid boosters for me.
I do not have low blood pressure. I took a Tramadol tablet and an antihistamine that morning, I am sure I had something to eat. I hurt my left ribs and left elbow when I fainted. I had flu recently at the start of autumn/winter; it should be investigated (the vaccine); I am not someone who faints. When I saw the state doctor a few months later, he said that Tramadol is bad for you, yet they prescribe it.
Here, SA citizens are encouraged to have the vaccine before winter. It is not just an ordinary flu injection.
I am on arthritis medication which weakens my immune system and I felt sick after the booster. Each time after the vaccine, I was sick for about a day or two. I don't think it should be given to children.
