You might not have realized what is happening, but some farmers in Europe are struggling. First came the massive increase in fertilizer prices. Now we have an energy crisis which is causing problems for farmers.

In fact, farmers are having to throw away large quantities of food because they cannot afford the electricity prices, they are literally letting tons and tons of food go to waste because they would loose money by harvesting it.

Norwegian farmers are being forced to throw away their harvest because they cannot afford the electricity prices to store the food. This is bad.

Just take a look at what is happening in Norway. State run media is reporting about one farmer named Per Odd Gjestvang who is wasting 29 tons of leeks because he would loose money by harvesting and storing the vegetables.

Normally he would pay around $2 400 per month in electricity, but now he would be paying around $40 000 per month. Meaning his electricity prices have gone up by about 16 times or 1600%. This is not sustainable.

And it is not only him. Other farmers are considering wasting their crop as well.

Meanwhile in Sweden, the country’s largest grower of tomatoes are shutting down their winter crop because they cannot afford the crazy electricity prices.

”Everything changed immediately. Electricity has cost around 50 to 60 öre [5 to 6 US cents per kwh] the last few years. Now it is sometimes up at SEK 5 to 6 [46 to 56 US cents per kwh]. It is 10 times more expensive compared with two years ago. It is impossible” said Mindaugas Krasauskas at the company Nordic Greens.

They say that the increase in electricity prices would cost them around $555 000 to $740 000 extra and that it is difficult to earn any money with those kind of prices.

But not only are farmers getting absolutely destroyed by the electricity prices, as you might have heard, in the Netherlands the government is planning on shutting down a whopping 11 200 farms in order to meet their climate goals.

You can read more about what is happening in the Netherlands here:

Netherlands to SHUT DOWN 11 200 farms to meet climate goals
If you have followed my reporting you probably know about the protests happening in the Netherlands. Tens of thousands of farmers have taken to the streets to protest against new climate goals which will force farmers to shut down their farms. They have set hay bales on fire on motorways and dumped manure and even blocked supermarket distribution centers…

But it is not only in the Netherlands, in Belgium there has also been talks about drawing up new plans to reduce nitrogen emissions, which will heavily affect farmers.

So we are in a situation where farmers are struggling because of the energy crisis, and add on top of that countries in Europe are planning to force farmers to shut down under the excuse of climate change.

Are you realizing what is happening?

We are already seeing massive inflation when it comes to food prices, and these kind of things we are seeing will not exactly help to bring the prices down.

My guess is that eventually prices will get so expensive, that only the rich can afford to eat meat, meanwhile they are telling you to eat bugs and it will all be for the good because climate change!

It would not surprise me if we soon will see an C02 tax on meat. I mean, in New Zealand they were talking about introducing a climate tax on cow burps and farts…

It makes no sense to me why they want to shut down farms in order to meet their climate goals.

We probably wouldn’t even have this energy crisis right now if we didn’t listen to the climate change fanatics in the first place. In Sweden, the Green party has been pushing hard to shut down our nuclear power plants.

Over the last few years Sweden has shut down multiple nuclear power plants and now we are seeing crazy electricity prices. Imagine how good it would have been to still have those running right now…Maybe the tomato grower could then still afford to grow tomatoes this winter!

Why are they so against nuclear power?

Setting up the food shortages that require even more government and company oversight to manage. New model: oppression is deserved by those who don’t do what we tell them, or who decide to do anything different.

Why don’t they like nuclear?

Because they hate humans.

The end game is NO FOOD.

NO HEAT. NO MONEY.

Forced into shared housing.

People simply don’t believe their leaders & elites will make changes that result in MASS DEATHS.

I am not at all so sure.

They’ve already done things that have killed millions.

If history is any guide, assume no limits to the depravity of those in power.
