It also sounds like the Nitrogen Minister is an heiress in a family business worth hundreds of millions, and her family or her husband's family or the brother-in-law owns another supermarket chain [Boni?] and maybe even a baby formula factory BUT none of this is clear... Wealthy Dutch people tend to keep a very low profile and don't flash their wealth + there are strict privacy laws in the EU when it comes to genealogy-type resources-research... And unlike with Mitch-Hunter-Nancy-Dianne Feinstein etc, trying to figure out the wealth of close relatives of Dutch politicians might be even harder to do if they don't have disclosure laws or a real media to investigate...
Maybe you can investigate further or know an independent Dutch journalist who can or you might have some Dutch speakers-readers in the Netherlands who could confirm this????
